  2. One thing I like to do is stock up on those seasoning/marinade packets at the grocery store. I get a variety of flavors and then at dinner time I pick which flavor I'm in the mood for. I just follow the directions on the back of the packet, and sometimes I'll grill or bake the chicken. It is super simple and we always have a variety of flavors (even if the chicken is cooked the same way each time). My favorite is McCormick's Mesquite chicken. Hope that helps :)

  12. Parmesan Pasta and Chicken

Sprinkle Lemon Pepper on a few chicken breasts and bake them in about 1/4 in. water with foil over the pan. 45 min. @ 375 degrees.

Meanwhile, cook thin spagetti to directions. then add 1 TB margarine, 1 TB Lemon Juice, 2 tsp lemon pepper, 2/3 - 3/4 cup grated parmasan cheese. Mix well.

Cut cooked chicken into chunks and add to pasta. Great with Garlic bread and green salad.

  13. I just have to say that my husband and I totally support you in your beach boys theory. I will probably leave your blog on all day now.

sorry, I don't do much chicken, I just smother it in BBQ sauce and throw it in the oven. That's the Southern way.

    =)
