Taylor was 2 days early(according to ultrasound) and then 6 days for the "real due date" (according to charts). They didn't really see any difference in actually changing the due date but he still came early. So we'll see how this one pans out. She has definitely been a different baby. I am running out of room fast and will attempt to take some photos. Steve thinks I am bigger than I was with Taylor. I just told him that he doesn't remember me being this huge.
There is also a hiring freeze in the Church right now. Since I was asked to play for the opera for the college we're having a hard time getting me on the payroll. They're (the administration) still trying to see if they can afford to pay me. They pay me quite a bit (at least $15/hr) so it adds up after all the practicing and performing. Hopefully they can decide soon so we can know what is going on. I have the director on my side, who is a good friend, and has been helping push it along but in the end he doesn't make the employment decisions. So pray for us.
It continues to be extremely windy in the great city of Rexburg. We're off to Lunch Bunch at the church. Taylor really needs to get out but you'll be blown over if you go outside! Here are a few of Taylor's two year photos.
Someone looks familiar!

Always need a goofy one...

Yes we should go see the new Star Trek movie. When works for you guys? We can't this weekend, but maybe next week? I have a secret to tell you.
ReplyDeleteHope you go earlier than later. Maybe when I get up there in a week and a half I can see new baby Vest!!!! I'll let you know exactly when I am coming!
ReplyDeleteHey friend... thanks for finding us. Now it's my turn to find you. I like Olivia. It's sounds good. "Olivia Vest"... but I know what you mean about waiting until they come. That's what I did too. I hope things work out with the opera. Richard and I want to come see it now that we know someone in it! We love opera! (ok maybe I love opera...)
