Crazy Days

Well, we are still here. We have been insanely busy and loving it! Taylor continues to speak more. He's putting sentences together and his new favorite word is 'sorry'. he's so cute! His new obsession is wearing his hat and his snow boots around the house. he doesn't even ask to go outside. He just loves to wear them. He got a new hat for saying some new words and it was only $3, how can you pass that up? dang, wal-mart. oh well. he's doing well and loves Livie.

We needed a snack one night and hadn't made cookies in a while due to the heat. We are decked out in our aprons. Mine is from my Aussie friend from college. She sent me it and some Australian chocolates. The apron has some old school Aussie slang. I hope to visit her one day. She might be getting married. We're excited!!

Liv is doing really well with holding her head up. She is always alert and responsive. The doctor was impressed with her strength and she almost rolled over on him. Go LIV!

She really is this happy and smiles like this often. If she catches your eye and you talk to her she will always smile.

The Chillens

Steve is at the temple today. He enjoys it so much. President Eyring spoke at a devotional on campus and said that those who serve in the temple help the House of the Lord continue his work and make things run so smoothly. They are incredible. Those who serve in the temple are dedicated people. Thanks, Steve!! We love you.

Liv is so cute, I love her big smiles! I am always amazed every time I go to the temple how smoothly things run and how everyone is always so helpful. Keep up the great work Steve :)

Liv is beautiful and so happy! You guys look great :) The temple really is such a blessing- You must tell me what book you are reading right now, I think I need to read it! Take care :)

Steve says some funny things as his head hits the pillow...

-I don't care what they do as long as I get my Vitamin C. That's all that really matters. Ask the bishop about pushups. He's probably all ready done them.

-Why are farts so funny? They smell bad which make them even more funny. David farts.

-Taylor!!! Stop speaking German. We speak English in this household!!!!

-Well, I guess my brain is just farting around. I better go play hockey. Don't know what good that will do. People loose their teeth. Bad thing is squirrels and chipmunks like holes. You better wait for the crocodile to come around because he knows how to make really good chicken. The dog just barfed.

- Did you hear a big boom outside? I thought I heard eels dressed up like grandmas. There were four of them. It doesn't make sense.

-Steve recited the entire "To be or Not to Be" Soliliqy from Hamlet with his hand stretched out.

-It's like I have to pee or something then it's like no. It would be really cool if the MoTabs came in and sang "For the Beauty of the Earth" or something. That would awesome.

-For some reason it just works. Can you take the phone out? I have been trying to talk to your mother. Can you just talk to her?

-Just don't say anything because if he just belched and wanted to tell you he would. He stays home and burps and does the dishes. Give him some privacy. He probably sleeps with the vacuum. Scrub, Scrub, burp *laughs*. Go vacuum the couch. I hope this doesn't end up on Facebook.

-Al be careful not to dangle your leg off the side of the bed. The aliens under the bed wll get you. It's very dangerous.

-The door is opening the wrong way. Get the manager to fix it, but don't blow too hard. You'll pop the balloon.

-Well, there they go. The chapsticks are floating up to the ceiling.

-I've got mushrooms under my pillow. They don't taste like the ones you're supposed to eat.

-Al!!! We've got to get some ziploc bags to freeze the carrots.

-I (Allison) was reading a book by flashlight one night. Steve said to me, "Al, don't shine your flashlight out the window. You'll call the UFOs down."

-Taylor rolled the mattress upstairs so he wouldn't sleep in the water.

-I think Taylor is eating mashed potatoes on his bed.

-If the bishops would have a cookie in each hand it would be so much easier!!!

-Taylor is sitting on a rainbow eating hot dogs. I told him to get down because it was dangerous.

-There's a brownie that exploded in the microwave. Call the manager. He'll need to fix it.
